The Ultimate Makeover Part 3 - Finale

After hours of hard work, and tons of trip to the various stores, I finally can call this make over DONE!

I relocated my plastic drawers and they now stored my markers, stickles, perfect pearls, and some wooden veneer embellishments. The tallest one remains home for my wooden stamps.

It's not yet picture perfect as my desk is still messy, but at least everything is in place.

The three new IKEA Billy bookcases are on the other side of the room.

The bookcase should not be called "book"case without books right? So I have my favourite collection of novel and comic books in my left bookcase. Basically this bookcase is for non-crafting items.

The middle one is meant for folders/files.

The right bookcase is for my craft materials.

This is IKEA BESTÃ… shelf(the lower one I mean - it's actually a height extension unit). I like it as it's deeper (15") and stores the 12x12 paper fine. The BILLY is less than 12" deep so it's not perfect for storing 12x12 paper.

The BESTÃ… shelf is for my 12x12 paper and punches. On top there is my old plastic drawer for pre-cut paper (lowest), embellishment (middle), and ribbon (top).

At the end, the room is not quite as what I envisioned (I was hoping my room is as organized as Jennifer Mcguire's but obviously I'm just dreaming, it doesn't turn out half as nice).

At least, it's better than before, with almost nothing lying on the floor. And a lesson learned (which I never really thought about), space is an issue...so think before buy...

In upcoming posts, I'll share my experience regarding how I organize different items. Hope you will stay tuned! :)
