Love the bold colourful background.
I sponge on different distress ink on a watercolour panel and stamp the Technique Tuesday-The Number Game image and heat emboss it. Then I stamp the Mama Elephant cute little fox and the balloon, water colour and then die cut it. Adhere with foam tape to give a bit of dimension. Add a few sequins and then stamp the sentiment from Lawn Fawn.

Stamps: Technique Tuesday-The Number Game, Mama Elephant Up and Away, Lawn Fawn-Year Two
Others: Mama Elephant Up and Away die, sequins from Pretty Pink Posh, Distress ink, SSS Woodgrain cardstock
