Birthday card

Time for another kid's birthday party. That means another birthday card is needed. The birthday girl is such a cutie and I decided to ink up the cute Tilda stamp.

Materials:
Stamps: Magnolia Tilda, HA C4715 Happy Birthday
Others: distress marker, wooden button, ME Femme Frames, SU label punch.

I was aiming for a bit of shabby chic look so I look for pattern paper with some muted colour. I've found it after some time going through my stash. And that would be my colour palette for dress. Of course I pick the girly colour - pink to be the dress. I colour Tilda with various distress marker. The dress is mostly colour with Milled Lavender and Aged Mahogany. Skin is by Antique Linen. After that I fuzzy cut the image (I wish they come with a matching die) and adhere with foam tape to give a bit of dimension. And I also use a string to connect a row of wooden button for Tilda to stand on. The background pattern paper is cut with Mama Elephant Femme Frames, as well as a brown cardstock, and both are adhered on the cream cardstock. The sentiment is stamped and then punched with SU punch.

I'm submitting this card to Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge - Anything Goes.
