Floral Birthday

Flourishes stamp often gives me an elegant and classy feeling. The floral images are just too pretty for me to colour.

To have the elegant theme in mind, I'm using this washi tape on the sides. This is the first time I use washi tape. I usually struggle on how to use washi tape on cards. Finally this time I found some way to try out.

I colour the flower using blue and purple watercolour pencil, in order to match the washi tape colour. Then adding gem stones and sentiments. Yay card is done.

Materials:
Stamps: Flourishes Botanical Bookplate Vol.1, HA Happy Birthday C4715
Others: washi tape, gem stones

I'm joining Flourishes Textures of Nature challenge.

This is lovely. Your textured paper is great, and I like that you cut around your flowers. Thanks for playing in Flourishes Textures challenge.
