Tuesday trigger

It's been long time that I participate Tuesday trigger, hosted by Moxie Fab World. When I see the inspiration picture, I was right away drawn to this pretty dress. The Emerald dress is such a beautiful piece. And I right away think about my "dress" stamp. And it's perfect time to try out my peacock feathenr distress ink.

The inspiration picture:

Here's what I come up with.

Here's the detail of the dress. I first ink up Memory box stamp with Versamark ink, then apply distress ink with the applicator. This way I give the dress a floral pattern (although my picture quality is not that great).

I have added a touch of gold stickles around the waist line. The background is embossed with Darice embossing folder. Then I put on some gem stones (comes with butterfly) on top. The vintage button has a touch of red which mimic the red lipstick from the inspiration picture. The black frame is Spellbinder die. Overall I tried to coperate all the elements from the picture to my card: the blue background, the emerald dress, the butterfly, the golden belt, with a touch of red.

Material:
Stamp: Inkadinkado Dawn Houser 8353
Ink: Versamark, Versafine onyx black
Embossing folder: Scroll Flourish Corner
Die: Spellbinder Romantic Rectangle S5-090
Gemstones and vintage button
